Can one forest support another from a world away?
Sap N Tap maple syrup is sustainably sourced from diverse, native forests in Vermont, USA. The syrup from this faraway forest is helping to support forests closer to home.
25% of net profits are donated to protect and restore the Daintree rainforest.
Our Partners
Rainforest Rescue is based in the Daintree Rainforest in Northern Queensland. They do important work not only purchasing and preserving land that could be slated for development, but also re-planting and restoring rainforest land to high levels of biodiversity. The donation from Sap N Tap helps fund general operations and purchasing land that is currently unprotected.
ClimateForce's research station is pioneering high biodiversity regeneration methodologies in the heart of the world's oldest rainforest, the Daintree. The unproductive 527-acre corridor represents a unique restoration opportunity to show how a monoculture farm can diversify to support biodiversity, culture and green infrastructure. This site is a living template benchmarking off-grid innovation, species protection and tropical resilience globally.
The purpose of this video is to explain why Sap N Tap maple syrup was founded.
Jack French - Founder of Sap N Tap
“I started Sap N Tap to share a unique flavor from where I come from, but also to give back to a place I've come to love and call home: Australia.”
